To return or exchange an item, simply:
1. Call Quality Discount Vitamins customer service in Australia on 61 2 6584 1300 to obtain a return authorization and to discuss the problem.
2. Secure your item and all of the original packing materials and packing slip.
3. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
The item needs to be returned within Seven (7) days following the shipment date of the order from Quality Discount Vitamins. Packages without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept the return of damaged goods due to customer negligence.
